These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the mwplay online casino platform at mwplay.bio. By creating an account or using any mwplay service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. Please read it carefully before proceeding.

Each player may hold only one mwplay account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held for review. Accounts must be registered under your real legal name and matched to a verified Philippine mobile number.
mwplay operates in Philippine Peso (PHP) for all deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals. Certain payment methods (USDT) may involve automatic conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms including rollover multiplier, eligible games, and validity period are specified per promotion. Read each bonus offer carefully.
mwplay employs automated and human fraud detection. Accounts involved in bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity will be permanently closed. Associated winnings and balances will be forfeited.
mwplay's services are intended for use within the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended without notice.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
By accessing the mwplay Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any mwplay service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement is effective as of the date first published and applies to all Players regardless of the date their Account was created, except where expressly stated otherwise in a specific clause. mwplay reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, subject to Section 15 (Amendments) below.
To be eligible to hold an mwplay Account, you must:
mwplay reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or permanent closure. Any funds deposited by a Player subsequently found to be under 21 years of age will be forfeited and may be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any amounts wagered.
Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines represent and warrant that they have independently verified the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction, and mwplay accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.
To access real-money games and services on the mwplay Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a chosen username and password.
One Account Per Player. Each eligible person may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Duplicate Accounts will be merged or suspended at mwplay's discretion, and any associated Funds and Bonuses will be forfeited.
Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your Account is accurate and kept up to date. mwplay will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain current Account information. You may update your details by contacting mwplay support.
Know Your Customer (KYC). mwplay is required to verify the identity of its Players in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and applicable Philippine regulations. You agree to provide any documentation mwplay reasonably requests as part of this process, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Deposits and withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. mwplay will never ask you to disclose your password in any communication. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you, whether or not you were aware of it.
You must notify mwplay immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization or that your credentials have been compromised. mwplay may place a temporary hold on your Account pending investigation of any such report.
mwplay implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption on all connections. However, mwplay cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for unauthorized access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their own device or credentials.
Accepted Payment Methods. mwplay supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and Coins.ph, subject to availability and any applicable limits. The list of supported payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are as displayed in the mwplay cashier at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are available only to the verified payment method(s) registered on the Player's Account. mwplay does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under the Player's own name. Before processing a withdrawal request, mwplay may require completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and confirmation that no responsible gaming restrictions are in place.
Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are estimates and mwplay does not guarantee specific turnaround times.
Fees. mwplay does not currently charge withdrawal fees. However, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. mwplay accepts no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
Tax Obligations. Players are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations arising from winnings received through the mwplay Platform, as required by Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction. mwplay does not provide tax advice and recommends that Players consult a qualified tax professional.
All games available on the mwplay Platform — including but not limited to Color Game, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, online slots, bingo, arcade games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating solely to that game.
mwplay uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games and operates live dealer games through licensed studio providers. All game outcomes are final once a round has concluded and have been determined in accordance with the applicable rules.
Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, communications failure, or technical malfunction during a game session that results in an ambiguous or aborted outcome, mwplay reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet staked. mwplay is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a malfunction where the game outcome cannot be determined conclusively.
Suspected Irregular Play. mwplay monitors all gaming activity for patterns indicative of exploitation, collusion, or breach of these terms. mwplay reserves the right to void bets, suspend Accounts, and withhold Funds pending investigation where irregular play is suspected.
mwplay offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral bonuses. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including but not limited to:
Bonuses are issued for legitimate recreational gaming purposes only. mwplay reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or claw back any Bonus — and any winnings derived from it — if mwplay determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts, exploiting technical errors, or using wagering patterns designed solely to convert Bonus funds without genuine gameplay intent.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mwplay Platform. Any Player found engaging in these activities will be subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonuses:
mwplay reserves the right to take legal action, including referral to law enforcement authorities, where prohibited activities are suspected or confirmed.
All content on the mwplay Platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, software code, game assets, written content, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of mwplay or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, display, or create derivative works from any portion of the mwplay Platform without express prior written consent from mwplay. Unauthorized use of mwplay's intellectual property may constitute an infringement giving rise to civil and criminal liability.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, mwplay will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing their Account and will not direct promotional communications to them during the exclusion period.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mwplay's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim, or ₱10,000.00 (Philippine Pesos), whichever is lesser.
mwplay shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special:
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit mwplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
mwplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with mwplay's standard procedures, provided no fraud or breach is involved. Bonus balances and any Funds derived solely from Bonus activity that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Genuine deposited Funds that have been verified and are not subject to dispute or forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.
mwplay's decision to suspend or close an Account is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 14 below.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Dispute Resolution Process. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of mwplay's services, you should first contact mwplay's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. mwplay will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 calendar days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within this period, you may request an escalation to mwplay's compliance team.
Disputes Regarding Game Outcomes. Disputes regarding the outcome of any game or bet must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered. mwplay's review of game outcome disputes is final.
mwplay reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mwplay will provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the Platform or by email to registered Players at the address associated with their Account.
The updated Terms and Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 calendar days from the date of notification for material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
